BCA Board and Project Staff

The Bloomfield Center Alliance, Inc. (BCA) is the management corporation of the Special Improvement District for the Township of Bloomfield. The Board of Directors is made up of 13 property owners, business owners, residents and Township officials. The BCA is a non-profit organization with a 501(c)(3) status.
