The Bloomfield Center Alliance (BCA) is excited to share the news of another business opening its doors and now serving the community.  Level Up MD Urgent Care is located in the heart of downtown Bloomfield at 322 Glenwood Avenue (corner of Glenwood Avenue and Washington Street). There was a grand opening celebration held on the afternoon of Monday, October 11th. The medical practice occupies over 5,000 square feet on the ground floor of The Shops at Bloomfield Station retail space, which is owned and managed by Cedar Realty Trust.

Level Up MD Urgent Care is a one-stop medical facility that provides comprehensive urgent and preventative care. With a number of established locations in New York, the Bloomfield site is the first of several planned for New Jersey.

Commenting on the news, BCA Executive Director Ollyn J. Lettman said, "The BCA is always excited to welcome a new business to the downtown, especially in this instance where a respected medical provider is choosing to call Bloomfield Center its home. We see it as yet another sign of the district's impressive growth and positive transformation to a livable, pedestrian-friendly community."   Three more businesses will soon be opening its doors in the same building as Level UP MD. The first is Q'enko Organic Cuisine - a restaurant specializing in Peruvian food. The second is Aloha Krab Restaurant which will offer a Cajun seafood menu. The last will be downtown Bloomfield's first microbrewery called Varitage Brew Works.  Look for announcements on this website in the near future for their opening. Things are certainly continuing to bloom in Bloomfield Center!
