After some delays and challenges posed by catastrophic fires and a worldwide pandemic, the Bloomfield Center Alliance recently completed and formally approved a three-year Strategic Plan.

The final document synthesizes the findings and details from recent surveys, focus group discussions, and comprehensive reports.  Along with identifying strategies to attract new businesses and making the district more attractive, the plan also identifies several major capital projects for which it plans to promote and advocate.
